Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. It has proven to help improve well being, physical health, and mental health!

Anne Macdonald, currently studying for a PhD in Mindfulness, will be running the session. You will also get your hands on some free Propercorn popcorn!
