EUWIB's AGM

It's been an absolutely incredible first year for EUWIB and to top it all off we have been nominated for "Best Newcomer Society"! 

If you're ambitious, hard-working, and a team player then run to be on the EUWIB committee 2018/19 at our AGM March 21st! 

Being on the committee means you will have the opportunity to get more involved at university, meet some amazing people, develop your skill set, and represent the Women in Business Society on Campus.

You are able to run for 3 positions. In order to do so please sign up here. The deadline is 12pm March 20th!

Sandra Carlisle: Head of Responsible Investment at HSBC

EUWIB is excited to host Sandra Carlisle, The Head of Investment at HSBC Global Asset Management!

Sandra is a recognised industry spokeswoman and a board member of the Principles for Responsible Investment (since 2016) and a visiting business fellow at the Oxford Smith School for the Environment.

Sandra joined HSBC in 2017 and has been working in the industry since 1986.

She has previously worked at: 
♦️ Newton Investment Management in London as the head of responsible investment
♦️ F&C Investments and Citi where she set up and ran the sustainable and responsible investment team in global markets and the European equity sales team respectively
♦️ Deutsche Bank in Paris and London as an equity specialist
♦️ JPMorgan Chase in London and New York as part of the sovereign debt restructuring team

We're excited to welcome Kim Stolz our Keynote Speaker:
• Kim first started off as a model and finished 5th in America's Next Top Model cycle 5
• In 2010, she joined BTIG's equity derivatives team
• She became the Vice President of Equity Derivative Sales at Citi in 2012
• Now she's the Managing Director of Equity Derivatives Sales at BofAML
• Before Wall Street, she was employed by MTV as a host from June 2006 to June 2010
• Back in 2005, she was a Goldman Sachs intern!

All we ask in return is £2.50 donation on the day. All proceeds raised will be to donate to Students Supporting Street Kids, an organization which aims to raise awareness about the issues affecting street children and raise money for projects that work locally with such children and help them realise their potential.
